Don was a Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) officer. Inspired by the work of Dr. James Bare, he builds his first prototype in his garage, the Rife-Bare-Tunney (R.B.T.) device.
Don changes the name of his company from Rife Technology to Resonant Light Technology.
Having reached the limits of what commercially available frequency generators could do, Don builds his own. The ProGen is born.
With the knowledge acquired from building hundreds of R.B.T. devices, Don launched the PHORLE, the very first iteration of our flagship device, the PERL.
Users quickly outgrew the computing capabilities of the first ProGen so a new, better and technologically advanced version was released.
Don's partner Edna becomes president of the company and is his heart and soul to this day.
The classic PHORLE went through so many improvements and changes that a new model was released, the Photon Emission Resonant Light (PERL).
The PERL M receives a minor spec update with more powerful components to become the PERL M+.
As our users outgrew the capacity of their ProGen, again, we built the ultimate frequency generator.
We re-engineered everything about the PERL M+ to make it smaller, lighter AND more powerful.

I really love my Progen 3. I purchased it in 2023 and I am so glad I did! In fact two of my friends borrowed my Progen 3 and they were so pleased with the results that they also purchased Progens! I must be one of Resonant Light's oldest customers, having first read an article in Nexus Magazine written by Dr James Bare, who devised the modern interpretation of this technology in the late 1990's. Hey Jodie! Sorry to bother you...I looked at my invoice for my repair and thought that maybe you left something out? It sure does seem too cheap for all that was done...especially if the gas tube needed to be replaced? I can tell you that I really believe in Resonant Light, Inc. The smoothness of every interaction and level of professionalism, I am consistently awed, you continually impress me! I have to say that the equipment and detailed instructions contained in both the manuals and online, have been so well explained and detailed. I also wanted to compliment you folks on the packaging. Whoever designed the entire packaging of the various parts is a genius. It is so well thought out and for a visual learner like myself, it has helped tremendously. It's not just a bunch of cords and cables and other bits put into a plastic bag, with the idea to let the customer sort it all out. And as stated, the equipment is packed in the order in which it is assembled. Brilliant, and more gold stars! Also, thank you for answering my questions so quickly.
